Year Two Super Scientist Challenge

Term 2, 2021 

In Term Two, the Super Scientist challenge will be in the form of an experiment. All students are asked to research any experiment and present their information to the class in a short presentation (2 to 5 minutes). Students are allowed to use resources such as posters, charts, props and PowerPoint to support their presentation.

 The Year Two class presentations will take place in Week 6 of Term 2. Each Year Two class will select their finalists and they will move forward to the Year Level Super Scientist challenge.

 Talk Homework - Term One Week Four

Welcome back to school everybody! I trust you have all had a relaxing holiday break. It was so lovely starting at Wattle Grove Primary School and being greeted by so many happy faces on the first day of school. The children have settled in well to our new routine and are clearly eager to begin learning.

Throughout the week, Room 24 will visit several specialist teachers. They are:

Monday - On odd weeks, we will have Art. On even weeks we will have ICT.

Tuesday - Physical Education. 

Wednesday - Italian and Library. Please ensure your child brings returns their library book and bag each Wednesday.

Thursday - Music. Students will be released from the Music classroom. It is important that your child knows where they are to meet you. In Year Two, students are encouraged to meet parents at their designated gate.
